Peoplesoft Subject Matter Experts (4 positions)Peoplesoft Programmers (3 positions)Peoplesoft QA/Tester (4 positions) #14665 and 14666 (4 positions total) Peoplesoft Subject Matter ExpertsMinimum Requirements 7+ years' experience with analysis, design and configuration in Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM applications. Five of those years in Benefits Administration; Understand a wide range HR processes and business expertise including knowledge of HR/Benefits issues, workflows, applications, policies, and standards; BA or BS in business or related field; Proven ability to access and analyze customer requests; Criticalthinking and analysis skills; Advanced level communications and organizational skills. Additional Experience Desired Advanced level software knowledge in software tools such as Captivate, Excel, Access, etc.; 4+ years leading support teams and enhancement implementations; Proven history of exceptional customer service. #14668 and 14689 (3 positions total) Peoplesoft ProgrammersMinimum Requirements 7+ years' experience with development and analysis in Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM applications. Additional Experience Desired 4+ years leading support teams and enhancement implementations; Mainframe DB2 experience; Proven history of exceptional customer service; Understand a wide range HR processes and business expertise including knowledge of HR/Benefits issues, workflows, applications, policies, and standards. #15131 (4 positions) Peoplesoft QA/TestersQuality Assurance and Testing for HR Benefits OEI Project The Strategic Technologies PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert Advanced works for the KPIT Organization. Responsibilities include Participate in, or lead, a test team composed of software application testers on strategic technologies projects. Research and analyze the software and hardware requirements, workflows and designs to define detailed test plans, cases, data and procedures. Create test cases, scripts, and data from approved requirement and design documents. Host test plan review meetings with project team members, including solution architect, project development lead and project manager. Attend various technical design and review sessions in order to understand workflow requirements and potential testing issues, risks and/or conflicts. Conduct all testing and quality assurance activities. Provide input and recommendations to development lead, solution architect, release manager, and project manager to improve the quality and assurance of the solution being developed. Review and approve test cases, testing results, and quality of bug tracking information. Requirements Minimum Requirements 6 to 8 years total of demonstrated structured system testing experience. M.S. in Computer Science or relevant technical engineering discipline is required, or the equivalent. Must Have Experience with system testing experience with mulittiered applications and mainframe applications. Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required for this position. Exceptional analytical skills. Must be able to understand complex integrated systems and derive test cases by reading technical design documents, requirements, story boards and workflows. Thorough understanding of software development life cycle. Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly and independently, High proficiency level writing test plans, test cases, test procedures, test data requ! irements and test reports. Good organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the projects, Have a good grasp of how to achieve quality in a project both through testing and quality assurance activities, Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to various styles of project management and leadership, Must be able to take initiative, actively seek out detailed requirements, and coordinate defect management, Excellent skills in standard MSOffice products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MSProject.
