Description Develop an organizational change management plan for a large project using a structured methodology. The final product should include at minimum Stakeholder impact analysis Communication plan Training strategy Staffing requirements for the change management team to support the project Develop communications materials collaboratively with subject matter experts Manage the change management team for the project IT background is not required but would like to have someone who has done organizational change on an IT project Would like someone with a big 5 backgroundlike Accenture This is for ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE MANAGEMENT (communication, training) Required Skills 5 years experience working on large projects (15M for example) in an organizational change management role. 35 years experience developing training and communications material in a team environment
