Development Engineer J2EE and TIBCO EAI Platform

Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for requirements definition, design and implementation of integrations and enterprise services in Java/J2EE or using the TIBCO integration platform. Responsible for testing and defining service level testing methodologies of Java/J2EE services on WebLogic Application Sever and on the TIBCO platform. Responsible for contributing to and being a champion of Java/J2EE and TIBCO best practices for enterprises services. Responsible for working with the configuration management and administration teams to provide accurate build and deployment instructions. WORK EXPERIENCE Atleast 8 years Java/J2EE and TIBCO related handson work experience, preferably in the area of SOA/Web services. Extensive knowledge and experience with J2EE Components (JMS, Web Services) and frameworks (e.g. Spring, Struts, Hibernate). Extensive knowledge and experience with TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA), BusinessWorks (preferably v5.6), Adapters (specifically JDE, File and ADB), EMS, Hawk and Administrator. Extensive experience with Web Logic is highly desired Knowledge and experience with TIBCO EMS failover and faulttolerant configurations, preferably using Oracle 10g RAC. Extensive experience on UNIX (Linux) and Windows OS. Database design and development using Oracle database (preferably Oracle RAC), SQL Server database. Working knowledge of the full SDLC. Experience with Eclipse IDE and Rational ClearCase source control system. EDUCATION BS/BA or Greater in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
