Description
Explanation for Position A Business Analysis to write functional requirements for the mapping subsystem with in the ORION project. The person filling this position must have strong written and oral (English) communication skills. They must be able elicit requirements from our nontechnical user community and document them with enough detail for our technical staff to implement. They must also have prior experience writing requirements for complex GIS mapping systems. Comments Resource aligns with ORION ramp up plan Sr BA needed to progress with Map subsystem requirements.
