Description
Description Lead Test Coordinator for multiple HR UAT systems development/enhancement/process redesign projects. Responsible for overall UAT Planning and Execution working with business and technical teams. Requires knowledge of detail HR processes around Compensation (Merit and Incentive) in particular. Must be able to provide comprehensive UAT project status updates, project plan updates and management presentations. Required HP Quality Center HR business process and IT experienceMS Project/MS OfficeAccenture/ADM and/or SDLC experienceFamiliarity with wide range of HR/IT delivery systems. Experience with web based applications, HRO (Human Resource Outsourcing) relationships. Great communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred PeopleSoft, Hewitt HR Tools, Compensation tools, Staffing tools, HR Data Reporting tools Must have broad experience in HR and Systems Tools Local candidates preferred
