Capable of working effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Self driven, motivated and resilient Excellent communication and presentation skills Desirable Good practical experience using a SQL (e.g. Oracle or Microsoft) to analyse data Systems analysis and design experience Excellent understanding of call centre applications Experience At least 58 years in Business Analyst role Roles and Responsibilities Participate in requirement capture and design discussion with business owner Impact assessment of business requirements Writing SRS based on requirements captured and JAD sessions Prepare requirement traceability metrics Interaction with development teams for explaining the requirements Support to assembly testing, IST and UAT First level of testing of all requirements post development stage Interaction with all testing groups on query resolution on all requirements Timely status reporting Work with and support the E2E software vendor during the implementation and configuration of the tool.
