Description
Candidate must have eight (8) years experience in IT application development with a minimum of three (3) years JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.5 and above).Three (3) years Eclipse or Rational Application Developer (RAD) experienceThree (3) years experience with XML, XSL, and XML Schemas.Capable of extracting detailed requirements from people ranging from nontechnical to highly technical and turning the requirements into the best of breed solution.Strong interpersonal skills including communication, innovation, problem solving and collaboration.Experience with Web Services and Web Service SecurityExperience in developing business services for Internet applicationsExperience with HibernateExperience with NIEMTwo (2) years experience developing applications for IBM WAS 6.1 or higher.Experience creating UML, Class, and Sequence diagrams
