Description
This production support analyst will resolve the tickets, meeting predefined SLA's and ensuring that data integrity rules are followed. All tickets must be entered and updated properly in workflow systems. The ability to prioritize and organize the work, to accurately and timely resolve tickets is a critical requirement for this position. Expertise in PL/SQL development (to make changes in backend database), UNIX scripting (for scheduling task/non task based jobs), and .NET development (for making changes in front end applications) are critical skills for one to be successful in this role. Excellent communication skills are needed.
