PMI certified Project Manager with MES

Description

Bayer Berkeley uses Werum MES system to support commercial manufacturing operations. The candidate will serve as project manager in the Technical Operations business function for further rollout of the MES system. The project manager will coordinate interaction with IT services, business representatives, site support groups and subteam leads drive successful implementation of the project. The project manager will support a full lifestyle software development implementation of MES including Analysis, Design, Planning, Deployment and Maintenance. Project scope includes interface evaluation and modification (if necessary) for other key business systems. Project will require business process coordination with a wide variety of stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent communication and problem solving skills and proven ability to translate between technical specifications and functional business requirements. Experience/Skills Candidate will have experience with largescale enterprise systems implementations Candidate will have 510 years of experience supporting and managing IT project deployment Candidate will have strong familiarity with MES and SAP ERP Candidate in have solid project management skills and PMI certification Candidate will have strong communication, presentation, conflict management and negotiation skills Candidate will have an understanding of organization change management principles Biopharmaceuticals, Biotech, Pharmaceuticals or Process industry experience preferred
