These will mostly be for webbased applications, and will be for both externallyfacing eCommerce sites as well as for internal applications used by our business partners. The candidate must have a wellfounded understanding of how web sites work (down to the level of HTTP) and must be able to actually develop them, not just design a look and feel. As external eCommerce sites are in scope, the candidate must also be familiar with industry standards and bestpractices regarding web site security; s/he needs to understand how to develop sites securely to avoid things like SQL injection attacks, crosssite scripting vulnerabilities, cookie replay attacks, etc. The candidate must be familiar with industry standard practices for usability and accessibility such as WCAG 2.0, Section 508, and UAAG.
