QA Tester

Description

Onsite QA Lead for the Hyperion project. This is being sent out to a few vendors with the expectation that one of you can provide me with the right candidate to fill the requirement. I am looking for the following Experienced QA resource with several years of experience and has worked in Quality assurance throughout the lifecycle of a project The candidate will be assigned 100% to the Hyperion project and must have extensive experience with the Hyperion Corporate Performance Management (CPM) suite used for consolidation, reporting, planning and forecasting Needs to have excellent communication skills, especially since this person will need to work very closely with the business Will be responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure appropriate quality, traceability, and readiness to test Must have experience using HP Quality Center (requirements, test lab, test plan, & defect modules) Responsible for creating test plans, test scripts, loading requirements into quality center, providing the traceability from requirements to defect management Responsible for managing the UAT cycles and ensuring that test scripts are executed accordingly Responsible for creating and loading test scripts in conjunction with the development and business teams Will need to work hand in hand with the BA's, PM's, and the business and provide the needed updates to QA manager Worked in the Hyperion space before and has good knowledge and understanding of the different modules, especially those that pertain to the projects Understanding of and exposure to load and automated testing strengths in those areas will be a plus although may not be used directly throughout the project Able to apply quality throughout the life of the project and not just around testing Work closely with the vendors development team to ensure the right level of quality is involved in their development cycle The ideal candidate will be close to 50% 50% on QA skills verses Hyperion skills The Hyperion Corporate Performance Management suite is inclusive of the following products Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Hyperion Strategic Finance (HSF) (Upgrade from version 9 to version 11) Hyperion Planning Plus (HPP) Hyperion Essbase Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management ERP Source Adapter for SAP (current SAP version ECC 5.0)
