Description
Conduct interviews of relevant agency personnel regarding current and to be business processes Review current documentation for identified business processFacilitate JAD sessions with project team and relevant agency personnelDocumentation of the Business Rules/Functional Requirements Provide an electronic written report on key findings describing current and to be business processes Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards Maintain all project artifacts (Requirements Matrix, Requirements Documentation, Test Scripts, Test Plan, Issue List) Work within Agency Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the usage of Agency project templatesFacilitate weekly status meeting with technical team and agency personnelOther duties as assigned
