Description
Description Software license reconciliation in support of maintenance renewals and compliance reporting. Selected individuals will work closely with members of the Supply Chain Asset Management team to verify hardware and software asset information. Using tools such as Eracent and our own ACER application, review assets for comparison. Differences between various sources will be researched and determinations made as to compliance status. Participates in the inventory management of all IT assets in the desktop and midrange areas for the purpose of ensuring accurate chargeback and software compliance for the Company. Reviews and evaluates data for opportunities to improve asset management, license compliance in support of software renewals. Participates in the analysis and resolution of issues related to information flow and content with clients and IT management and staff. Maintains policies and procedures related to the inventory and management of any IT hardware designated as assets and all licensed software products. Processing related updates of ownership, availability and transfers. Ensures hardware and software license/contract assets are correctly categorized, monitored and maintained in the asset tracking system. Performs data cleanup tasks in asset management system as necessary.Required Skills Microsoft Excel.........Senior.........35 years. Microsoft Access.........Intermediate.........13 years.
