Description
Tasks include Gathering and writing business flow charts and business requirements for stakeholder approval for the Callin portion of Standard Spend Down (SSD) application and build interfaces with Social Security Administration (SSA) and Appeals Resolution Tracking (ARTS) and TennCare. Designing the web version of SSD using current Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio Team Systems 2018, Team Foundation Server 2018, .NET Framework 3.5, Workflow Foundation (WF), and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and writing detailed functional flow charts and requirements for stakeholder approval. Developing the designed SSD database, including creation of tables, Views and stored procedures, and conversion processes for existing data. Developing the designed web services for SSD interfaces, using SOAP 1.2 and XML. Developing the designed reports, using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. Developing the designed application using current Microsoft technologies according to shop standards. Writing test plans for developed code and working with QA and UAT staff to test and resolve any issues. Deploying versions of the SSD application to the database and web servers for each of the environments, including development, QA, UAT, Training and Production. Required Skills Requires a minimum of 5 yrs IT experience with a minimum of 3 years functioning as a .Net Developer. 3 yrs experience must include providing senior technical leadership, guidance, and support in the design, development, and deployment of complex applications in distributed computing environments. 3 yrs experience must include coordinating with other architectural and technical infrastructure staffs for providing input into technical decisions affecting specific projects. 3 yrs experience must include use of current application architecture design and development concepts, methodologies, and tools resulting in quality, stable, and maintainable computer software. 3 yrs exp Tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. 3 yrs experience preparing required documentation, including both programlevel and userlevel documentation. 3 yrs exp troubleshoots and enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. 2 yrs exp gathering and writing business flow charts and business requirements for stakeholder approval for the Callin portion of Standard Spend Down (SSD) application and build interfaces with Social Security Administration (SSA) and Appeals Resolution Tracking (ARTS) and TennCare. 2 yrs exp designing the web version of SSD using current Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server 2005, Visual Studio Team Systems 2018, Team Foundation Server 2018, .NET Framework 3.5, Workflow Foundation (WF), and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and writing detailed functional flow charts and requirements for stakeholder approval. 2 yrs exp developing the designed SSD database, including creation of tables, Views and stored procedures, and conversion processes for existing data.
