Primary Needs identified Great Communicationthis person will communicate within the IT team but also out to the broader customer/business partner team. He/she needs good comprehension skills and the ability to understand and articulate their requirements and convert into reports. Mortgage knowledge. The quality of work done by this person will be driven by Mortgage business knowledge, in addition to coding or database knowledge.Role responsibilities Responsible for the generation, distribution, admin and support duties for reports that are currently in production and all new report requests Lead the effort to transition existing reports to a new analytical environment, engaging impacted groups, as needed. Identify existing gaps in the current process (report extracts) Create a new map for the data feedsTechnical Skills Understanding of Data Warehouse and ODS (Operational data store) usage to create reports Understanding of general database and reporting infrastructure Has experience building automated reports with the following tools KnowledgeShare (for DW reporting) SQL Report Builder (for building reports from SQL database/server with access front end) MS Visual Studio (for building reports from SQL database/server with access front end)Travel to Bethesda, Maryland will be required weekly during transition period.
