Description
CRM ABAP Developer Resource will be responsible for approving technical designs, conducting code reviews and knowledge transfer from systems integrator (SAP and IBM) on new CRM implementation. Area of focus will be CRM sales and web channel (ISA). Some development work is required for POCs and small modifications. Postimplementation, will be responsible for ongoing support, design of future enhancements, and ensuring that deliverables meet the business requirements. CRM Sales/Web Channel experience preferred Middleware experience is a plus IDEAL Candidate must have the CRM experience on the Web Channel and ISA side NOT the SFA and Marketing side.
