The ideal candidate will have experience in Administer a global Active Directory resource domain, supporting Windows, Linux, Mac and mobile devices.Deployment of virtual machines on VMware ESX 4.0 environment.Develop strategy, prototype and implement future Microsoft and nonMicrosoft technologies for server and client virtualizationDevelop and implement backoffice support processes for our environment.Support scientific groups as a consultant and solutions architect for mid to enterprisescale Windows scientific application deploymentsExperience with monitoring systemsExperience with configuration management servicesMentoring of junior and midlevel Windows System AdministratorsInterface with Linux/Unix and Storage engineering teamsAble to develop, research, and persuasively present technical strategies and options to senior IT managers and scientific customer groups.Working collaboratively in a team environmentWorking in crossfunctional project teamsDesirable experience in .NET application development experienceWorking knowledge of ISCSI and Fiber channelWorking knowledge of SAN replication
