Major Job Function The candidate will work directly with the business and other IT Teams to ensure that technical solutions are developed, and that these solutions align with established strategic goals and policies. Under general supervision, the candidate will develop, code, test, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software. Essential Job Functions Good communicate skills (both oral and written). Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively with members of a cross functional team. Ability to create and execute detailed unit tests. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines amid shifting priorities. Experience using Visual Studio Team System for work item tracking, source code management and unit testing required. Prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with limited supervision. Adhere to deadlines. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of the following development languages and skill sets C# SQL Team Foundation Server 2018 and/or 2010 Knowledge of Biztalk 2016 and/or 2009 a plus XML/XSLT EDI (X12 HIPAA transactions 270, 276, 834, 835, 837I/P/D) Education, Training and Experience Required 1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree. 2. 35+ years of C#/.Net (WCF/WF)development experience using Visual Studio required. 3. Experience with database design and development. 4. Experience implementing BizTalk 2016/2009 mappings, pipelines, routings, orchestrations and utilizing features such as HAT and BAM a plus. 5. Experience with Foresights Instream EDI validation, EDISIM and HIPAA validator tools a plus.
