Experience Required Need to have atleast 8+ years of experience in working on development / integration solutions Experienced in working with Java and J2EE technologies such as Struts, JSP, Servlets, JavaScript and EJB. Proficient in understanding business processes / requirements and translating them into technical requirements.Good experience on WebSphere Process ServerHave strong analytical and problem solving skillsSolid leadership skills, good communication and experience working in a global team environmentExpertise in application security is a plusExperience in Life & Health reinsurance is a plusRoles & Responsibilities To lead new projects/ enhancement to cater to expanding scope of the Life & Health business applicationsInvolve in architecture and design finalizations with the Technical experts, for existing and new applicationsTo drive the application design, liaising with business and development resources to create a high quality application solution.To review the quality of project deliverables, both in document and software form.To assist in choosing the most appropriate technical solution, as well as challenging existing and new architectures.Generic Managerial Skills A Team Player with excellent communication, analytical, verbal and writing skills.
