Description
Experience . 3 5 years of project administrator experience supporting multiple/complex software development projects.. 3+ years working with MS Project.. General understanding and/or experience in the Information Technology field.. Excellent organizational skills and problem solving skills.. Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple projects / subprojects.. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service.. Have the judgment to understand project needs and react appropriately.. Ability to understand IT projects.. Ability to conduct presentations or facilitate meetings.Preferred. Experience with Lotus Notes. Experience in the Insurance Industry. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) nice to have
