Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork with prospects to evaluate business objectives for CRM, and understand the mapping of horizontal CRM capabilities with the unique vertical aspects of the hospitality business.Configure and extend MSCRM and Salesforce.com with Customer Business Objects/ Entities, Custom Fields, Forms, Views and Reports.Develop custom .Net forms and integrations when requirements may not be met through configuration.Develop interfaces, including stored procedures and web services, to exchange data between MSCRM and other Information Technology (IT) systems.Configure and develop custom advanced workflows and ensure that processes will work efficiently and will conform to IT standards.Document and track all MSCRM changes consistent with IT policy and procedure.Assist in planning for and implementing MSCRM patches and upgrades.Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree from a fouryear college or university program certificate and a minimum of four years related Information Technology or related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.A minimum of three years experience with MS Dynamics CRM, Salesforce.com, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, and XMLPreference will be given to candidates with MS Dynamics CRM 4.0, CRM Online, Windows Workflow Foundation, and Windows Communication Foundation skillsPreference will be given to candidates with current certifications for Salesforce.com and Microsoft CRM.
