Roles & Responsibilities You will be a member of a strong development team and will analyze, design, develop and implement quality software. The software is typically database driven, Web programs/applications for building dynamic Web content systems and services, support systems, or gateways to other services so as to extend Internet and Intranet services to internal and external users. Participate in scheduled meetings with project team members or chairing such meetings and working cooperatively with other project team members. You will be expected to mentor junior members and be responsible for the design and development of business solutions. Provide general guidance of best practices with their areas of expertise or orientation to the use of technology for other developers. Occasionally produce reports on technology adoption. The responsibilities include but not limited to, . Assess business requirements and consult on functional specifications. Prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes.. Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Write Technical Specifications based on functional specifications. Determine time estimates based on technical specifications for Project Scopes. Design efficient, robust and reusable code components adhering to Nalco's coding conventions and standards. Documentation of Project deliverables. Documentation of the test plans for various testing as Unit, Integration and User acceptance. Involve in the unit testing, Integration testing, deployment, user acceptance testing as well as debugging issues and resolving them. Involve in maintaining the developed systems, analyze the bug reports, enhancement requests and plan for the development, testing and release of the same. Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems. Provide onthejob training to new software staff members. Provide computer orientation to new company staff.Skills/Experience Knowledge & Skill Requirements . Has good C# programming skills, code debugging and testing and troubleshooting skills,. Has at least 3 years of handson experience in developing and maintaining .NET applications,. Has at least 2 years handson experience with MS SQL Server, strong data modeling with SQL Server 2005 and above.. Knowledge of system requirements; Full understanding of Windows, IIS 6.0 and desirable to have SharePoint 2017 skills.. Expert level OO design and development. Experienced with ASP.Net, ADO.Net 1.1/2.0. Experience with .NET 3.X optional.. Must possess excellent problem solving skills, excellent organization skills, excellent communication skills, excellent documentation skills,.
