Must have 2+ years of Retail /Institutional Brokerage experience Ability to multitask and work autonomously to meet deadlines; outstanding communication skills (written and oral); excellent team player One consultant is a Java Developer and needs the following skills Strong J2EE Developer (backend and frontend component development) Several years of proven experience in EJB, STRUTS, Hibernate, AJAX and Spring in UNIX/ Oracle Environment Experience with MQ Experience with Oracle database programming in UNIX Familiar with IBM WAS and RAD Experience with PL/SQL Experience with UNIX scripting and Java programming
