Description
Good time management skills Good communication skills which will facilitate working with people at remote locations. Ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day. Flexibility to adjust to changing needs. Ability to work together with a small team. Detail oriented with the ability to understand and complete complex tasks with limited instruction. Should be selfstarter with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills Technical Basic knowledge of ITSM Operations (Information Technology Service Management) 1yr+ experience administering Remedy v7 AR Action Request Service Management tool including Help Desk Incident, Change Management (CMDB), Asset Management, Self Service/Request Management modules or similar system required. 1yr+ experience creating detailed Service Management technical support / user documentation. Experience with Microsoft Technologies including Windows & Office Applications. JUDGMENT REQUIREMENTS Other than standard guidelines, procedures and assignments, little direction may be given. The candidate should be able to manage their time and assignments. Thoroughness in completing tasks is imperative. The candidate will be interacting with the rest of the Information Systems team, receiving instructions and sharing information, but will also be in contact with other Toyota groups coordinating changes and understanding requirements.
