Functional Administrator - Remedy Configuration

Good verbal and written communication skills Technical Basic knowledge of ITSM Operations (Information Technology Service Management) 1yr+ experience administering Remedy v7 AR Action Request Service Management tool including Help Desk Incident, Change Management (CMDB), Asset Management, Self Service/Request Management modules or similar system required. 1yr+ experience creating detailed Service Management technical support / user documentation. Experience with Microsoft Technologies including Windows & Office Applications. JUDGMENT REQUIREMENTS Other than standard guidelines, procedures and assignments, little direction may be given. The candidate should be able to manage their time and assignments. Thoroughness in completing tasks is imperative. The candidate will be interacting with the rest of the Information Systems team, receiving instructions and sharing information, but will also be in contact with other Toyota groups coordinating changes and understanding requirements.
