Scope of Work Job Responsibilities1) Work with IBM Professional Services staff to aid in the implementation of RTC per the project plan.2) Document any Citispecific work or changes which occurred during the implementation.3) Work with CATE staff to create a Standard Build for RTC within Citi.4) Help create and maintain integration points between RTC and any other IBM or Citi tools as required by the project or subsequent projects.5) Perform user onboarding, user management, access request handling, and any other daytoday work on RTC and/or create automated tools to do same. Competencies Requirements1) Experience with RTC (version 1 or 2) in a corporate environment, or similar experience in a selftaught mode.2) Experience with Rational tools, especially ClearCase. ClearQuest, RSA, and RAM experience are a plus.3) Experience implementing development assistance or lifecycle management tools (SCM, CI, etc.) in an enterprise environment.4) Experience working with development teams, particularly the ability to interface with a team to help understand any technical concerns or roadblocks during the RTC implementation.5) 5 years of Java development experience is a plus.
