5+ years real QA testing experience White and black box testing experience and/or I.T. technical background Must enjoy QA Testing This position will be part of the ESystems Quality Engineering Team. Specific responsibilities include the following Coordinate and plan QA test phase of projects. Based on established priorities, develop a project plan, assign work and ensure target dates are met. Write and implement test cases and procedures. Represent QA in product meetings. Ensure quality assurance compliance with the software development process, including required documentation. Provide training and assistance to QA testers. Supplement and review user documentation for technical accuracy and readability from a user perspective. Coordinate and/or participate in usability testing when appropriate. Identify areas and functions to be tested for new and changed software. Review draft specifications and provide feedback to improve the product under development. Maintain the quality of information recorded in defect tracking system. Work closely with team members to ensure status and schedules are communicated. Execute automated test scripts where applicable.
