Description
The current modeler supplied the following skill requirements and role responsibilities Logical data modeler (preference to have Communication experience). Teradata industry model Subject Area knowledge of ACCOUNT, PAYMENT, INVOICE, BILLING, CDR, MOBILE PRODUCTS including SOCIAL NETWORKING, and SALES/SUBSCRIPTIONS Flexibility to compromise 3rd normal form by the book. In some cases, we have modeled more according to the source as opposed to the Teradata Industry model, for expediency. Candidate should research extensively on the Vonage business model types of plans offered, products including new Mobile Facebook App, Vonage terminology, etc. I found this information on their web page to be more than sufficient. Strong communication skills to be able to lead modeling work sessions. There are daily work sessions where I am the presenter via the conference room monitor. ERwin 7.x experience Familiarity with SQL (Teradata, Oracle and MySQL) to run relatively simple queries for analyzing data Initial Physical model design (extended LDM) primary index selection, data type selection Tolerance to work with other 3rd party consultants (Tata TCS)
