Description
Business Analyst will support Schwab's desktop stock trading software. BA will document and verify creative software solutions by creating detailed functional software specfications including use cases. Will work closely, in an Agile like environment, with Technical Project Management, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Client Services, Sales, and Training to make sure these functional specifications meet the client needs. Superior analytical skills are critical as are written and oral communication abilities and a positive and enthusiastic can do attitude. Translate Business Requirements into formal, detailed functional specifications Develop use case inventories and detailed use cases Lead functional requirement review sessions, conducting analysis and verification with technical team members to ensure that use cases are complete, consistent, and traceable Drive the development plan and schedule work for an interative team Participate as a key menber in an itertative team of software developers and quality assurance staff
