Project Description Follow up with production trial parts suppliers to confirm order receipt, shipping method and delivery timing. Order parts for engineering and equipment trials. Create part order and receiving reports. Knowledge Requirements 1. Must know Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Access and PowerPoint 2. Must be able to extract data from systems for post processing in Access 3. Must be familiar with SAP Materials Management Module. 4. Must be familiar with Logistics processes. 6. Must be familiar with new vehicle ramp up management. Experience Requirements 1. 3 to 5 years of SAP Development experience specifically the MM Module 2. Experience in a manufacturing environment with direct business user support. 3. Experience in Logistics expediting. Education / Other 1.Associates College degree in Operations Management or Logistics, or 3 years experience in a purchasing or material expediting position. 2.Logistics MRP experience Core Skill Set 1. Must be fluent in English in both speaking and writing. 2. Must be able to learn and perform crossover support in other areas of logistics.
