Description
Required Ability to write complex SQL queries and data retrieval from very large scale relational databases or Data Warehouse. Significant testing expertise in a Data Warehouse Environment (Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) ). Strong experience with test Planning/defect tracking systems such as Quality Center and typical prioritization / escalation processes. Performing testing tasks with a minimum of oversight and direction. Creating test bed and Fabricating test data if necessary. Preferred Experience using an ETL tool such as AbIinitio or Informatica. Experience using a scheduling tool such as ControlM. Expertise in writing test cases with requirements traceability. Experience with command line execution on a UNIX platform and familiar with shell scripting. Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects. Experience working in a Teradata environment. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment many simultaneous projects and competing priorities. Incorporating risk based methodologies as appropriate.
