Summary Develops, executes and delivers quality functionality within specified timeframes utilizing manual and automated testing tools. Follows established standards and best practices for testing and reports test results in a clear and accurate manner Essentila Functions Participates in requirements and design reviews, develops and executes test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of MVPs core applications and systems Documents defects and works with developers, business users and project team to resolve issues. Serves as an integral member of an enterprisewide testing team, and is responsible for following established standards and best practices, and reporting testing results clearly and accuratelyProvide assistance to IT personnel and business partners in the use of templates and toolsAbility to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance issues as they exist and change from time to timeSpecial Skills Qualifuication; Healthcare Experience Required. Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience required in Health Care/Business Administration, Software Quality Assurance, Computer Science or related field.5010 EDI testing experience required3+ years test analyst experience in an IT organization.3+ years experience testing Facets applicationExcellent understanding of standard formal testing methodologies required.Experienced in testing business system updates and changes and working multiple projects simultaneously requiredExcellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Dedication to meeting deadlines and ensuring quality delivery.Excellent interpersonal skills (e.g., partnering, conflict management, mentoring)
