7+ years of related experience Proven expertise and experience with Enterprise multitier web and windows based development with strong understanding of Object Oriented technologies Proven expertise and experience with clear understanding of various remote method invocation such as Remoting and XML Web Services Expert in GUI development using ASP.NET using various .NET controls including User Controls, Server Controls and AJAX libraries. Expert understanding and experience of AJAX and Javascript programming would be preferred. Understanding of various frameworks such as MVC, LINQ to SQL would be a plus Experience with the following would be a plus Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development, and weekly iteration reviews and planning Enthusiasm for Automated Testing Experience with Unit Testing frameworks Experience with Source Control management Proven expertise and experience with Oracle development (PL/SQL) and understanding of relational schema design Ability to learn and actively seek new skills and knowledge to keep up with changing technology field Ability to work with project cycles and manage rapid changes Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, work under pressure and deadline Ability to think outside the box, adapt to circumstances, learn from coworkers, share information and experiences
