Description
Our client has a support contract with a large account in IL for SharePoint Administration. This position will be focused on supporting this one client. This will be a Level 3 SharePoint Architect to work their Madison, WI data center supporting external clients with the following skills Required Skills Good customer relationship abilities MOSS 2017 experience, minimum of 3 years MOSS 2017 Administration knowledge Ability to write change orders for all MOSS 2017 Administrative tasks Ability to follow established protocol and SLA Ability to investigate an issue, determine cause, write resolution work plan, establish risk of plan Desired Knowledge ISA knowledge 2018 OS DNS and IP Protocol OtherWork evenings, normally 85. On call during maintenance windows based on SLA. 9PM to Midnight Fridays. Sometimes Wednesdays 9PM to Midnight.
