Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Sybase database administrator to provide staff augmentation activities in our Data Architecture area. This DBA position will be responsible for administration of many Sybase database structures, optimization, design and creation, along with day to day support of the architecture and various IT customers. A qualified candidate will be fully versed in the responsibilities and skills of a Sybase DBA with experience in a large to very large database environment. Other experience / skill that would be beneficial are AIX, Sybase, Sybase replication and DB2 as we have a very robust DARC area with many interchangeable roles.
