ResponsibilitiesSr. C#.Net Developers will be responsible for engineering application architecture using Web services and other integration techniques, as well as, supporting existing software and enhancements to commercial offtheshelf applications. Responsibilities include Develop enhancements and integrations to existing enterprise systems Manage/Assist development on new projects Assist business units by refining requirements Define, document, communicate, and implement technical and architectural requirements for current and nextgeneration systems Define the services, frameworks, component types and interfaces.Maintain accurate procedures and technical documentation Specify and provide ownership of reusable application components or reusable services and processes.Work with third party vendors to develop software and/or integrate their software into the architecture.Collaborate with business to ensure applicationlevel software services are derived from and consistent with the business object model and business strategy.Required Skills/QualificationsMust have excellent application development skills and proven track record delivering well designed complex enterprise class systems Demonstrated expertise in a variety of application development, technology concepts, practices, and procedures Must have proven advanced experience using and migrating to leading technologies Demonstrated advanced experience with object oriented design and development techniques using Microsoft technologies and Service Oriented Architecture Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies specifically Waterfall and Agile Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Must be able to quickly establish trust and credibility within the application development staff Must have excellent written communication and verbal communication Must have excellent technical development and design skills and be able to mentor others to improve their skills Proven track record of effectively delivering results in a fast paced, flexible environment while managing multiple priorities Professionallevel experience in development and architecture using o C#, VB.Net o ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, Dojo, CSS (with inheritance) o XML, XLST o WCF, WPF o SQL Server Development o Service Oriented Architecture o Content Management System / Digital Asset Management o Search Engine Integration Demonstrated creativity solving technology problems Must be a selfstarter with proven experience accomplishing goals Experience Level7+ years professional IT experience5+ years enterprise level development desired 5+ years experience designing application architectures Experience with Sitecore WCMS a plus. Experience with Windows Media Services a plus Experience with Spring.Net, NVelocity a plus Experience with DRM packages a plus Silverlight a plus Infragistics or Telerik a plus Flash/Flex/Air a plus An undergraduate degree, ideally in computer science or technology management, or a combination of education, experience, and technical certifications
