Project Manager

Description

This person will lead existing teams across different IT groups and have a high level of interaction with a variety of internal business partners. It will also involve interaction with Compassion offices around the world. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of project management experience, a high level of experience in leading technical enterprise level projects that involve business application (i.e., BI, CRM) implementations, third party application integration and all across multiple platforms for a global rollout. This person must be a proven performer that delivers projects onschedule and within budget. Description of Services/Deliverables , Lead meetings with business customers to achieve o Clearly defined business requirements o Schedule clarity o Funding commitments and associated documentation , Provide leadership to current IT teams on multiple projects to achieve o Project milestones o High quality results Required Skill Set(Must have all three) , 10+ years Project Management experience , Experience leading software projects , Experience in Software Development Lifecycle Management Hardware/Software to be used , MS Office 2017 , MS Project , MS Visio , MS Portal/SharePoint , PlanView Nice to have , PMP certification , Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience , Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) experience , ITIL experience Deliverables Create project Schedules Estimates Weekly reports Supporting documentation and related artifacts Coordinate, manage, and maintain requirements gathering process and artifacts Manage/Monitor Scope, schedule, and cost with customer Product backlog lists Milestones Deliverables Conduct Return On Investment assessments. Create project estimates Facilitate project steering committee meetings Manage projects according to Compassion IT requirements Ensure all artifacts are completed for project phases Store and manage project documentation Ensure timetracking and entry for project deliverables
