IIS Expert in .NET/C#

Description

We are seeking a Senior eCommerce Analyst/Programmer to help us in ongoing efforts to find the root cause of outages on our web server. This is the second time this month this incident was escalated to Priority 1. The first time, workarounds were implemented which improved the situation. These actions are no longer working. This client ontinues to leverage our Premier Support Agreement with Microsoft and their engineers. Additionally, we are consulting with other third party engineers as we attempt to find the root cause of the outages. These outages had improved to intermittent (once every 35 days) after the workarounds from the previous Priority 1 escalation. That has degraded to outages every 23 hours. In spite of all these efforts, we have not been able to identify the root cause of this incident.The selected candidate must be able to be onsite and start ASAP. It is expected that this resource will work in excess of 8 hours per day during the contract period. Any hours over 8 hours per day/40 hours per week will be paid at straight time (no time and a half, etc.).The selected candidate must be able to perform systems analysis and correlation to the events we are experiencing on our ecommerce web site. He/She must be a proven troubleshooter/problem solver and lead/participate in the development/building of the solution in collaboration with Compassion staff and third party resources.
