A leading Health Insurance company is currently looking for an experienced J2EE Developer to join our team on a contract to hire basis. As a J2EE Developer, you will be a key participant in the design and development of various enhancements and strategic projects. Our solution is deployed in a Unix environment using WebSphere Application Server v6.1, MQSeries, and an Oracle 10g database. Intermediate Level Developer Requirements 45 years of J2EE Design and Development Experience 45 years of Java Development Experience, including creation of including creation of Java Server Pages (JSPs), Servlets, and Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs). 1+ years of MQSeries experience Experience writing SQL and using JDBC to connect to relational databases. Very Strong objectoriented design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, Command pattern, Session Facade, Data Access Object pattern, etc. Experience over the full software development lifecycle. Experience estimating the duration of design and development tasks. Very Strong written and oral communication skills. Spring Webservices 1.5 BS in Computer Science or related field. Actuate experience a plus
