Description

Expertise / skills required Data Architecture & Data Model Design, able to work at any level of Data Modeling Corporate Data Modeling understanding of the Contextual Level, enriching the Conceptual Level designing each Logical Level for the Data Domains involved in the project the Data Architect will be assigned to applying the E/R Codd Normal form rules respecting the Data/Information principles able to understand the Physical Data Model Level & its specific requirements (database, schema, index, recommendation on performance issues, recommendation on sql construct) respecting the existing Enterprise data standards and enhance them when pertinent able to reverseengineering & understand existing Data Models (MDM tool, WorldBank) E/R Data Modeling with Erwin Facilitation & Leadership to gather Business requirements in order to define the subsequent Logical Data Model & capture all the business rules pertinent to that Logical Data Model Strong communication skills (peers and executives, IT & Business, know how working with Enterprise Architect & Solution Architect) Business acumen knowledge of and exposure to Master data management (MDM), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Data Services, Data management, Extraction Transformation Load Tool (ETL Informatica), Enterprise Information Integration Tool (EII), ODS, Data Quality / Data Profiling Tool (Informatica IDQ) Understanding of iterative and agile development principles, processes, and project management techniques, and their application to enterprise data architecture / Data Modeling Proficient in Erwin & ModelMart (CA All Fusion)
