Client is building out a new offshore development group (approximately 8 developers and 2 QA resources) and would like to have a BA locally (Madison) that can assist in driving the requirements for their delivery. Ideally looking for someone that has solid experience in such a delivery structure to help them avoid common pitfalls and establish necessary adjustments to delivery methodology.
