Description

The Senior Software Contractor position will be responsible for new feature design and implementation, application enhancement and maintenance; server backend development; as well as, interaction with database. The ideal candidate must have passion to work in a fast pace development team. Having hands on experience with C#/ASP.Net is a must. Experience with C++ and SQL Server is highly desired.Responsibilities Design and develop new features on.Net Framework 3.5 based applications Understand business logics and implement new features based on software development plan Enhance existing functions in web applications, server backend and application services Provide technical support to field operation issues Communicate between product manager and QA to understand the specifications Document software implementation details and updates Participate in function design and code reviews Adhere to all company policies, procedures and code of business ethics.Job Requirements 10+ years experience in object oriented programming 5+ years web application design and development experience using C# and ASP.Net Hands on experience with C++ and server backend business logic implementation Working experience with SQL Server database and stored procedures Strong communication skills Strong documentation skills Water/Electric Meter industry experience preferred BS CS, EE or similar degree, MS desired
