Description
Client has a current project to upgrade their Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) PeopleSoft (PSFT) connectors to 9.1.1.4. Oracle will provide assistance on a time and materials basis to assist the City to further their OIM/PeopleSoft project. Typical tasks for the OIM support resource are Troubleshoot and assist with addressing issues related to OIM, Active Directory and PSFT provisioning. Proactively track the Open Tasks and assist with addressing issues, if any. Run the PSFT employee reconciliation and PSFT User Reconciliation processes as part of the PeopleSoft connector upgrade. Monitor the weekly Active Directory reconciliation tasks. Followup with Oracle during the project duration on the Open Service Requests and create new Service Requests as needed. Implement, investigate and propose OIM functionality as requested by the City. Skills Required
