Required Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and user staff. Demonstrated experience developing database driven webbased applications withIBM Lotus Notes Demonstrated experience developing database driven client applications with IBMLotus Demonstrated experience with objectoriented development techniques Demonstrated experience with Lotus @Formula, LotusScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document business requirements Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into technical systems specifications . Demonstrated experience writing test cases for unit testing and user acceptancetesting Demonstrated experience working within a standard ISDM and structured change management procedure Preferred . Demonstrated experience working with users to gather and document businessrequirements.. Demonstrated experience with automated unit testing.. Demonstrated experience with Online Grants Management Systems.. Experience working for a government agency.
