Sr. JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate and Spring developers (Expert level)Candidates should be extremely strong developers. MUST be very process oriented. The whole environment is Java Spring Hibernate Oracle. However the JAVA, Spring Hibernate and Process Orientation is an absolute must. The other skills are nice to have. Must have great job tenure. Media or Entertainment experience is a huge plus not a must. Senior Software Engineers are expected to have significant technical depth. The following technical skills are required. They must have excellent Java development skills (design and coding), knowledge of and experience with Analysis and Design Patterns, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate and WebLogic. In addition, prior experience creating systems in an Oracle environment is a significant plus. Technology Years of Experience J2EE 8+ Spring / Hibernate 3+ WebLogic (or major App Server) 4+ Swing or Flex 2+ EJB (preferably with some CMP EntityBeans) Some Tools Ant / Maven 3 CVS 4 Some IDE 4 Rose (or some UML tool) able to code from design 3 Database SQL / PL SQL 4 Entity Relationship Modeling 3
