Software release management and source control experienceCapable of trouble shooting complex issues across multiple platformsAbility to manage multiple technical issues in a fastpaced and rapidly changing environmentExpert knowledge of the following technologies Java/J2EE, SOA/Web Services, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, UnixExperience with XML, XSLT, Servlets and JSP technologies, HTML, JavaScriptKnowledge of Spring, Struts 2 and HibernateKnowledge of Apache HTTP Server, BEA Weblogic, BEA AquaLogic ESB and DSPExperience developing modular applications using ObjectOriented methodologies, and Design PatternsExperience with highlevel functional design using a variety of tools including use cases, class and sequence diagrams, textual requirementsUnderstanding and appreciation of change/release management processes and procedures including source control softwareAbility to troubleshoot and pinpoint problems in a transaction based system
