Description
Short Description The Project Assistant must be able to work with many teams to integrate project time and cost mangement, resource time tracking, scope mgmt, and Issue and Risk mgmt and be proficient with MS Office tools and with MS Project. Complete Description Responsibilities Update and manage Project Documents. Update and manage project server and project website. Monitor Project interdependencies and timelines. Monitor project resources for overallocations. Monitor and update project plans and provide assistance as needed. Create status reports, highlighting issues to Project Manager. Track project time and costs. Assist in the management of the communication plan, create agendas, take meeting minutes. Monitor issues, action items, and maintain issues logs as needed. Direct Administrative Support Behavior Characteristics Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong computer skills, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must work collaboratively and be able to work quickly and prioritize tasks according to changing priorities.
