Requirements 1. Must have 23+ years C# and SharePoint experience including formal full lifecycle using one of the following or more products a. Development of custom web parts b. MOSS workflow,c. Customizing MOSS style sheets,2. SharePoint 2010 object model knowledge (prior experience with SharePoint 2010 would be a huge plus 3. FAST ESP Search Web partshuge plus4. Must have proven experience implementing portal technologies (partner, employee, and/or customer portals) and web enabled applications for mid to large size organizations.5. Consultant must have 13 years experience in creation of SharePoint Web Parts in C# development experience.a. Proficient in the creation and use of Web Services. b. SharePoint object model to programmatically manipulate SharePoint list items. c. Strong XML/XSL development experience.6. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.7. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator. 8. Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
