Exp. with Global Service Delivery Model (working with teams onshore and offshore simultaneously). Good communication.Desired Skills . Exp working as an Architect or Design Specialist Description HCL needs to hire a Sr. WebSpere/ETL Developer to replace a contractor leaving the position. This is a Sr. level developer who may have Architect and Design exp. They will join an existing team of developers on an existing onshore team located in at the Mooresville campus. They are primarily responsible for upgrading current standards and process in regards to the customer's data warehousing activity. The successful candidate will be one who can enter into an existing project and make an immediate impact with the client and company personnel and have a strong understanding and experience with WebSphere tools and processes. Candidates must not be afraid to enter into a strong political environment and not let It impact their work effort. Must be able to communicate effectively with technical people and nontechnical people. Must also be accustomed to the offshore model and be willing to make calls during evening hours with offshore teams.
