LAN Desk Engineer

Description

Required Skills Working knowledge and/or certification with LANDesk version 8.X9.X in a large enterprise environment with multiple core servers, including, but not limited to o Security and Patchingo LANDesk OS/Imagingo Software License Managemento LANDesk Management Gateway Appliance Two or more years of experience in enterprise desktop engineering including Apple and Windows platforms. Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating system and server platforms. Working knowledge of IIS, Apache and other web servers. Two or more years of experience in database management (Microsoft SQL server 200X).o Experience querying data and creating database integration scripts through TransactSQL statements. Extensive scripting knowledge o Batcho Vbscripto Autoito Powershello Bash Two or more years of experience with desktop imaging tools o ImageWo MDT Working knowledge of packaging tools o Admin Studioo Wise Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills. Ability to solve complex issues and manage critical customers/situations. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers and team members. LANDesk Asset Lifecycle Manager and Process Manager experience a plus but not required.
