Specific Job Characteristics Design and develop new functionality for the global CRM Solution (Clarify) Create, modify and redesign interfaces from Clarify to multiple ERP applications such as SAP Analyze and debug the system in case of failure and implement the necessary bugfix Participate in technical design discussions Interact with business and perform gap analysis to identify required changes Develop prototypes and create proof of concepts Deliever technical documentation Candidates should have prior experience through all phases of the system development life cycle Act as coach of more junior/medior developer.Knowledge and Experience 7 to 8+ years experience in software development of integrated systems Minimum of 7 years experience with customizing and development in Amdocs Clarify 12.5 or higher 1 year expirience with Smart Client and Amdocs Clarify Version 7.5 Solid understadning Tuxedo & WebLogic, VB.Net Experience with MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server (Transact SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers) Ability to provide accurate work estimates and deliver on schedule in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. Strong problem solving, innovation and analytical skills Willingness to mentor and strong technical documentation skills.
